Pathetic, Disrespectful Attitude

I had a call today (17 March 2015) at 8:24am from a Markham call centre agent who was extremely rude, i need the management to get the recording of the that call and that rude lady must be reprimanded, she must call me back and apologize for that inhuman stinking attitude. <br> <br> she doesn't deserve to work with people.
