Pathetic customer service @ Middelburg Mall Markhams

I wanted to reopen my account. Went to theMiddelburg mall branch on Sunday. The employee at the store said due to covid-19, customer care is not open on a Sunday. I should call tomorrow and ask them to reopen my account over the phone. I said okay that's fine i'll do that. Today i called customer care, and the lady told me that firstly customer care is open on a Sunday,so they could have sorted me out then. She said i need to go to the store, and while I'm at the store they will call customer care and reopen my account... Now i'm like this is double job but okay i'll just have to go back. I call the Middelburg mall branch asking what time they close on a Monday. The lady clearly told me at 6pm. I said, okay that's fine ill come straight from work. I get there at 5:48 and the doors are closed. Now I'm cross, coz I came all the way with the information given to me and the doors are closed. These employees don't even have the courtesy to come to the door to speak to me. I had to call the line because they never want to open up and talk. They said we close our doors at 5:45 and they can't help me, I must come Tomorrow. Now I'm really mad because you told me to come and I drove all the way only for them to not assist me and say come again tomorrow. Anyways they cut the call and just ignored me even thou I'm still by the door... They say in business customers come first. Clearly this is not the case as Middelburg mall Markhams. Worst customer service I've experienced.
