Pathetic customer service
On December 29, I visited the Markham store at Cavendish to open an account. The customer service I received was horrible and I cannot begin to describe my dissatisfaction. <br> <br> I handed my documents to the employee that was helping me at the time. She then let my girlfriend and me, stand and wait for nearly 20 minutes before coming back to us just to say \we'll let you know". <br> <br> Wow"
