Pathetic attitude

I just received a call from markhams the lady who spoke to me was extremely rude to me and also did not give me a chance to explain anything she just hung up on me. All calls are recorded so please listen to the conversation her name is Linda if I'm not mistaken she's a credit advisor the call time and date is as follows 21-12-2017 13h43. She also mentioned that I would be blacklisted 3 to 5 years before hanging up how can she tell me that and not allow me to respond cause she just said thank you bye and hung up. Further more I am currently unemployed I also had an insurance cover on my account for retrenchment but they refuse to pay the account yet I've made payment of 3months on that insurance and that is the 3months waiting period for the insurance to be effective.
