Outstanding Arrears
Above called me to inform me about my son's that unemployed and his account that's in arrears and accusing me of not paying, after i said to him that i have been paying via internet then he only checks and apologies. <br> I did not appreciate his comment on how to make money to pay this account not even knowing the circumstances. The remarks the agent made on alternate ways to pay the account was out of line and totally uncalled for. <br> <br> <br>
