Opening time

I visited Markham Brits today as i wanted to buy all star sneakers and a beld I was shocked to realise that the store has not yet opned just after 09:20 am and i asked the shop assistant and was told that theya are offline. This is not the first time i am experiencing this with this store in particular one would think they own the store. I visited one of their competitors Tekkie town because they are punctual and open on time, i made a purchase and happy with the service. If something is not done with Markham Brits i can assure you that you might as well close the store, if the store is offline you open still on time and inform customers while they are coming in that you have techical problems not close shop. It would be professional if opening time is displayed on the walls that Markham Brits doesnt have opening time they can open when ever they feel like it then we wont have to wait outside the store just to fiqure out what time are they opening.
