Online shopping experience and disappointment

bought a item online at markams on the 26th of August 2020 if been waiting 3weeks and I had too phone in too ask them about my item and they forgot about it I'm very unhappy and I won't buy at tfg markams again because it's my 1st time buying online and the service was bad my cuzin that stays in the same area got his item before mine and recieved it and I'm stil waiting
