Not removing clients from spam
On 17 May I reported to Markham that I no longer wish to receive their spam SMS'es, since I've never been a client and will never become a client even if they are the last shop on earth.

On 18 May I received an email from Lynn-Lee saying she would attend to it.

Needless to say, nothing has been done and now she even ignores my requests.
