Not Good At All
I have had an account with Markham, lost my job and in 6 Months i was handed over to IDC despite having explained to calls received from Markham.
i now have a job and wanting to settle my account (Monthly Payment), IDC amount owing does not decrease despite my monthly payment and I am told that from the money I pay, they take commission, interest and charged for calls and sms's sent to me. Howsoever, i have not agreed to such commitment. when i call Markham Contact Center I am advised once handed over they cannot discuss anything with me. Please advise
