Not Debiting Account as per agreement
Good Day,

I am logging this complaint here as emailing the company on [Email Removed] results in no feedback

Initially, I recieved an email stating that my account is in arrears and requesting for me to make immediate payment, in less than 10 days, I recieved a letter via post informing me that my account is at risk and the arrears value owed had doubled.

At that point, I had already been wondering why the account had gone onto arrears to find on my bank statement that no debit order from TFG took place since January.
My instalment was less than R100 last year so naturally, I do not recieve a notification to inform me that the debit order had taken place.
I paid the account up to date and logged a complaint (on 24 March 2016) enquiring under what circumstances have they stopped debiting my account, to which I recieved an automated thank you response but no feedback.
I believe this is a tactic used by the company to benefit from additional interest on arrears used on unsuspecting clients who also do not recieve debit order notifications for transactions valued less than R100.00.

Where can I escalate this issue?
