No respect

I called thuli at cellphone department to ask about cellphones asked her to provide me the store email address. I told her I couldn't hear what she said, she spoke to someone telling them " the person calling is deaf" I heard her I couldn't get helped because she claimed I'm deaf the store is very busy which I understand but I really don't appreciate being called deaf when the store is playing loud music and I couldn't hear whatever she was saying.
