No one is coming back to me!!!

<p>Paid up account but the balance is still the same</p> <p>My Markam account was handed over and i paid it up last year, i recieved the paid up letter last year</p> <p>I just found out that TFG Group will not clear my balance on their side, they say even if the account was paid up it will still show the balance on their system and there is nothing i can do even if i have cleared the balance. How does this really work? I have paid up the account but you can't update your system that the account was paid up?</p> <p> </p> <p>I wrote this 4 days ago and TFG Group responded 3 days ago and i was told that i will be contacted shortly, but no one has contacted me so far</p>
