No feedback

On Thursday Morning, I mistakenly paid R6140 to my markhams account which i closed 2 weeks earlier via EFT- i mailed [Email Removed] and I received very quick feedback as to what documents are still required. I mailed the documents back and asked to find out how long this week take - as you can imagine i was paying another account which is now still due an i cannot confirm when i will close it because no one is calling me.<br> <br> I called again today to confirm - i was told that they will make sure that the 'Refund lady' calls me. I still have no call or feedback. Can someone please at least update me as i need to make payment arrangements with my other accounts
