No exchange

Tried to exchange a top at Markhams eastrand mall that we got as a birthday present, still had the tag on. They refused to help. Even after we tried to show them our ID to show it was our birthday 7 days agao. On their exchange policy on the website it does not state anywhere that you need a slip! We wanted to take another shirt. Not get cash or a voucher just a bigger size with no help!
