No Customer Service at All

It's very that your staff lie to me as a loyal customer and don't go the extra mile. I reside in Wilgehuewel close to Clearwater Mall and and working in Alberton... I drove all the wat on Saturday for a shoe in Alberton and sadly they didn't have a size 10 only 1 size 8. Then last night while in Clearwater I tried and they only had 1 size 8 as well but to my surprise when I asked to check on the system they had plenty size 10's around other stores in the greater JHB area but I was told there's none on the system. The staff member told me to go look for it myself and just gave me store names and numbers when I asked him to confirm. Shocking response and service...
