No Client Service

In January I paid over R2000 in to an card that was not active. <br> When I came to the other store they said the account was not active nor in my name. <br> <br> I tried with all my luck to get this sorted out as the other account was in my ex partners name I struggled to get him in the same store as me as he no longer lives in Johannesburg. They said as long as he calls to confirm that that we can refund this amount they can do so. <br> <br> He did so and still they haven't repaid the amount. <br> <br> Then I spoke to reza at the head office and he said that he will escalate the request (basically taking no responsibility) <br> <br> Now my account is at a Lawyers due to non payment..... <br> <br> Can someone please help. <br>
