Never shop on TFG online.

So I purchased items on Markham n sport scene online on the 24th n 26thvNovember 2021, paid for both orders. On the 30th November I receive an email that both my orders r canceled cause they couldn't locate some of my items due to volume of orders received. They I call the online CS Colile who told that some of the items I can still get in store but it won't be on promo cause it has passed, requested to speak to a senior person, here guess what she put me on hold and she then later cut my call. Trust TFG online, u shall be very disappointed. To think this is the 2nd time I had issues with it.
