Nearly 3 weeks and no response

A little more than 2 weeks ago I app**** for an account online and I have still yet to hear anything about it. Then last weekend I went into my local store and filled out the application form in person and I have still not heard anything despite being told I will receive a confirmation sms that day. I would really like to know what it is I must do in order to get my application recognized? I signed up online for a Mr Price account at 21:00 on a Friday night and I was able to pick my card up with a fully activated account on that Saturday so I am curious as to why it seems to be an impossible feat just to receive a reply from Markhams after nearly 3 weeks and fulling out two application forms...
