My Pants not packaged not getting feedback.

My husband bought a suit blazer and pants at the king Williams Town Markham on the 26 of July.

The cashier who was packing did not pack the pants, when I got home the pants where not packaged. Was attending his father’s funeral, there was no time to go back and get the pants. We are now in Pretoria and calling the shop so we can get the pants that were not packaged, unfortunately due to the run around and being busy he lost the slip.

I have called the store 3 times now and each time a new person asks for details and tells they well get back to me. I am still waiting no one is getting back to me with a way forward.

I have paid for these, and I expect nothing else but to get these pants back.

Can I please get an urgent response on this.
