My account is blocked and nothing is doen to recticy this and tired of coming to the stores coming with the same result

My account has been blocked for reason only known to Markham. I have been trying to update my details in store and requested document which i sent but up to now my account is still blocked. And i have been loyal customer which never missed a payment. This really frustrating as ever time i go to the stores the come up with new stories
