Mtn greedy network

I purchased a cell phone from Stern's on a contract with mtn network . Without notifying me the consultant added on insurance which I have been paying for the past 2 and a half years without knowledge. When I contacted the service provider mtn and requested the mandate the consultant was not coperative...I'm still waiting for a response from mtn as I want to be refunded . I just want my money Back from mtn...pay up mtn
