Months later I still don't have my phone

I went to pick up my phone 6weeks back and I was shocked when I got to the store my phone did not have a simcard slot so they too it back AGAIN, a few days later I got a call from finite agents telling me they got the phone with no sim card slot and they took pictures of it the call was cut off I was at work, to my surprise when I went to the store 2 weeks back they told me the issue hadn't been sorted out Finrite said they were in contact with me and my phone was still with them I'm so frustrated right now. The level of disrespect I continue to get from TFG is just not on, I'm ****ed they ve had my phone for almost 3months now and continue to waste my time ???????. I'm so furious right now I'll never ever buy a phone from any of your stores.
