Money Greedy

I just received my latest statement and I noticed I was charged interest and an sms fee. I'm aware that payments must be made by the 1st and I made a payment by the 2nd. The last time this happened I complained and received an email from tfg that there is a 3 day grace, now even that appears to of changed. <br> <br> Why is there even an sms charge. DON'T SEND THE DAMN SMS. <br> <br> Can't wait to pay off my balance of R171 :-).....then close this useless account. Tfg are blood suckers.<br> <br> Note, I'm in customer service and control millions of rands a month so whatever response I get to DEFEND tfg will not be accepted....however I await your feedback.....
