Miserable Service

I had a parcel to pick up from the Markham store in KwaMnyandu, I called at 13:36 and spoke to a gentleman named Nqubeko who confirmed that my parcel was with them. I arrived at the store an hour later and an EXTREMELY RUDE lady at the till advised me that their systems are offline I'll have to come back another day that she also doesn't know since she's not a technician and can't estimate. What was the point of calling then??? And who will refund me for my time and petrol???
