<p>They send out coupons that do not work. I tried using the one sent the past weekend and it kept saying that it had expired... why send out coupons that have expired? Perhaps you are hoping that the consumer is stupid and won't realise that the coupon didn't kick in before they checkout. </p> <p>And their call centre is just as useless, I sent an email to query this, and I'm still waiting for an answer. </p>
