I have an account with Markham of which I decided to pay off , after I had paid it off ,I received a message saying that my account is in arrears, I decided to go to the branch to enquire,I was told that I have insurance and club magazine of which I never joined, I don't receive statements from Markham ,I would have picked it up quickly, I would like to have all the money I have paid for both insurance and club magazine ..whr were you sending that magazine anyway? Urgently need my money back.... can I also have recordings of the phone calls where I agreed to join both club and insurance..
