Markham's Shelly Beach

I got a shirt as a gift with tag still intact. I when to store to do a size exchange and Manager refused saying there is nothing he can do. I asked for the area managers number, he said he's on leave and cannot help me. This is very poor service for Markham's Shelly beach.
