Markhams payment system offline

Markhams systems were offline but i made payment in their Fabiani store, which hasnt reflected since March and now its my fault?? Ive sent emails with proof of payment but they kept my account in arrears on my credit profile. Their agents cant even provide me with an email to send my proof of payment but keep haggling me to pay again - so i must pay my account twice over now??
