MARKHAMS N1 CITY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

On the 7th of July 2019 , I've went to Markham in n1 city mall asked Sinead to assist me with my account query regarding a phone that was returned on my Markham account. To my disappointment I was told by Sinead that she can't help me I need to call myself headoffice but its the TFG group that I have an account with and not with her the manner she told me in was just unacceptable and the tone . That the number is at the back of the card without any futher assistance , clearly she is in the wrong type of work area as she doesnt have a people relationship
