Markhams most useless and Pathetic services

I have manage to settle my account on The 01st August which paid the accounts via EFT on the 30th July 2020, when i called to find out if the account is closed as per settlement letter , they havent closed the account to date which i have paid over R3k and they are telling me i owe them R122.00 which i told them i have applid for insureance on that account which are going there , All i need is for that account to be closed cause i dont want anything to do with thme any longer cause the services they are offering a absurd and the agent are very rude. All i need is a settlement letter instructing that i have closed the account as you guys demamanded your money.
