Markhams Messing up my credit score

I've been paying my Markhams account via EFT for the last two years and suddenly in October and November I did not pay my accounts and I had to send them proof of payments which shows its paid and Markhams still refused to clear it on my credit score as it shows missed payments now which affects my whole credit with everyone.... I need them to fix this urgently.......
