Markhams incompetence is unparalleled

Markham has no clue what they are doing ,over 3 weeks waiting for an account to get approved but Truworths did it in 2 days or so .I mean i have to assume someone there knows whats going on because this is a major waste of time and all the back and forth is totally unnecessary and wasteful .rather cancel the whole application and quit the stupidity
