markhams disgusting behaviour

I have a markhams account which had an excellent payment profile until covid 19-due to my salary being cut substantially ,i could not make payments on time but tried to keep up as i could.my payment for june is past due and i have now received a sms that i have been handed over to ANTHONY RICHARDS AND ASC. I am disgusted by this and cannot fathom this kind of treatment.I will now have to report this to the credit ombudsman if nothing is done about this
