Markhams consultants have no respect for customers

I received call from a lady from Markhams around 19:55 last night. I told the lady how dare she call at this hour in the evening. She responded by saying, "well my shift ends at 9pm so this is why I phoned..."

I responded by telling her to have some damn respect and put the phone done.

These consultant have no damn respect and as far as I am concerned should get a warning for this!
