Markhams consultant was very rude

I phoned markhams today because I just checked my credit record to find out I was listed in the credit bureau by markhams

I was not aware of the outstanding balance I was paying my account on time why will a not pay 257 the consultant told me I owe R50 the time I was paying at markhams at forest hill that’s why I thought I settled the account I was not aware my balance was 257 why will I put my credit score at risk die 257

I told the consultant I did not receive statement, email r call to make me aware he was busy telling me it’s my responsibility to pay I am so disappointed that a misunderstanding can do this

I will settle my account today and will like a clear letter because I was not aware.
