Markhams Brand, team and service cant deal with services

Shocking service from this brand, Since Monday 11th Jan im trying to buy/order jeans shorts. No stock online but there is still stores with stock. Struggle to get through to my local store to place the order. Contacted customer service, no reply. Got hold of the social media team, but since Tuesday 12th Jan they tell me either no shop in south africa has stock where you can clearly see where and what is available. i ask them a few times that the store must phone me because their phones just ringing, i ask for the dept to contact me and the area manager. the ask for my details and someone will contact. That was on Sat. Today is Wed. 10 days now since im trying to order these shorts. Basically they saying stuff you. Great service and experience from this brand and teams!!!!
