markhams account

Good day

Please can someone help me with a problem i am having with my Markhams account.

I purchased a ring in 2016 for R4499, i have a gift voucher after i purchased the ring.... The balanced should be R170. After the gift voucher been deducted. I have recieved a account saying i own them R693.00. I send markhams a email to rectify the probem my voucher do not reflect on my account.... I have reapetly called and send email. I have been in contact with more than 10 markhams employees. Its now 2020 and still no respond from markhams on my emails.... Please i am at my wits ends. How can they list me if i am under dept counselling at itc.... Please help that i clear my name... Johan abrie. Cell ***
