MARKHAMS A BUNCH OF ******

To Whom it may concern I would like express my outmost disgust at Markhams as a brand due to their ***** business practices. I purchased on my account what had come to learn a faulty phone on my account on 06.12.2019 which is a Samsung z2 gold imei: ********** ********** 3 item num: ********** 4829 at their store in Cnr Pritchard and Eloff Johanessburg . The phone did not even last me a month and it started giving technical problem. I returned the phone to be repaired as it was still under warranty against my better judgment as I was trying be the better person even though I feel that they should have exchanged the phone or reimbursed considering the duration I had the phone. To my surprised when I went to the same store every time I got people there who was also bringing back brand new phones or just coming to collect after repairing them. I have gone back countless times for more than 2 weeks and no one can tell what is the story with the phone. I was referred from pillar to post and I even resorted to speaking their useless customer care department to someone by the name of Lucinda who kept me waiting on the line for God knows what but could still not assist me. She referred me back to the same store that was not able to help in the 1st place as they do not even know where the hell the phone is. I would warn other people not to even consider purchasing a phone there as they sell faulty phones to client's like the ones that is from the Pakistani shops. I even sent an email to their complaints department that does not even give a dam. I am going to take them up with the consumer protector as I don't want that phone anymore because all I want is a refund.

We will be in touch with feedback as soon as possible.

Kind Regards,
