Markham/Bash Online Woes

On the 02 Aug 2023 i placed an order online, Order no: B***-01, on the 10 Aug 2023 I went to Jubilee mall to collect the parcel as per sms notification. The parcel was nowhere to be found, the store called pargo whom also confirmed delivery. On the 11 Aug 2023 i received a call from Markham Jubilee Mall to come and see what they can do. Yesterday i drove there and the store manager is not available and no one can assist me, I am told to come on Friday, mind you i reside about 30km from the mall. Who is compensating me for the up and downs to the store? Today i called TFG customer care and spoke to a rude lady named Chantel, who tells me to go and sort the issue with the Markham Jubilee mall. She also said the item was returned to the warehouse and there is nothing she can do. What a customer service skills.
