Markham The GLEN Center Racial **************

HI, I happend to be in Auckland Park on Satuday 9 May 2020 and visited a Markham branch in Campus square and bought my daughter a new phone for her schoolwork. the following day the phone couldnt go on. Since I stay in Glenvista and we on lockdown I decided to take the phone back to The Glen shopping center (JHB SOUTH) were i was attended by a cahier guy (Tumelo Nzimande) i explained my issue then he responded by saying he needs to phone the manager (Cleo Ndabeni) who was not in the shop to see how they can help. while he was on the phone speaking to the manager, he explained the issue then he rep**** to the manager saying "He is one of us" (Black). after the phone conversation he told me that they cant help me with that issue I have to take it back where i bought it (Auckland Park) I felt so racially discriminated and asked him why is the manger asking my race and he rep**** " the thing is most cases if its e.g Indian, they complain and want the matter delt with immediately, where as if its us black people together we come to some understanding" so in other words im black my issue is irrelevant thats what i asked Tumelo and he rep**** "ay I dont know, you have to go to Auckland Park or wait for the manager to come. I felt so defeated and out of words I spent 2grand of my hard earned money in these circumstances then set out there to drive to Campus square and risk my health. i drove to Auckland Park Markham Campus Square and got the phone changed.
