Markham tfg poor service

Good day I am Mmeli have acc in Markham for so many year's. Recently after being their loyal customer for all these years I start not having trust on them. I have noticed very late that the cell phone I had with them off which I cancelled long time they never did . I called them on the 23/1/18 spoken with Lucrutia of which she promised some will call me back to resolve the matter, no call was received. On the 22/02/8 I called to make follow up spoken with Anreth , made shame promised nothing been done. On the 24/02/18 spoken with Xolelwa promise again no call returned. Again on the 02/03/18 spoken with Miriam promised again that Megain Murcew will call me she is in a meeting. No call was returned. Again 6/03/18 called excuses made sent pillar to post no help. Reference 031803D00. I'm so disappointed on their service.
