Markham terrible customer services

So the only way to get any response is to post on this website.

I am still waiting for response on why im not receiving statements on my markham account, even via email and I cant login the website to get same. I registered years ago, but my email address not found. I tried numerous times to reset password but no luck. i sent mails to customer services, no response. Is website access restricted on purpose???
