I have purchased a Nokia Model 6.1 from the Blue Route Tokai Store in Cape Town,The value of the phone is R3999,00 in 10 December 2018,after updating my handset on the 29th of December 2018,the keypad started disappearing on it's own,due to all the holidays I took the handset back to the above mentioned store, then the store consultants couldn't book in my handset,as I was told the cellphone consultant has gone AWOL,they called the rep of Nokia a Mr Nathan Smith, and he advised me to leave the handset in the store,so he could take it to the Nokia Service Centre,The day after I booked my handset in at the above mentioned store I was told I would get it back within 48 hrs,I never heard from the next day witch was the 8th of January 2019,on the 9th of January 2019,I called the above mentioned Mr Nathan Smith,he told me he never had a chance to collect phone at Store, and that the Service Centre will only open on the 16th of January ,and he will see what he can in Store,an hour after that Mr Nathan Smith called me back to say he did a few settings and updates on phone which was needed, and I can collect the device to see if it was working fine and it wasn't,so I let Mr Nathan Smith know the device ain't working properly and he suggested I should wait for Service Centre to open ofcourse on the 16th of January 2019.I then told him I'm not wasting money to drop it at the store,he then offerd to collect it at my workplace, which he did.Device was send to Service Centre immediately as I took his word and was dropped by me again on the 18th of January 2019,where I asked him why can't I get a new handset and his reply was He can't.After another update on 31st of January 2019,by me,the keypad of the device just disappeared all the time, then I called Nathan on the 1st of Feb 2019,he said he can't help me it's now the Store where I bought the device witch was Markham in Blue Route Mall Tokai,i called the Store and Spoke to Eddie the Store Manger,he then said he is sorry that I had to come for the 5th time as Nokia wasn't supposed to take the device,On the 2nd of Feb 2019 I was at the Store at 9h00am,so they tried to do some settings and updates on the device, then he told me i won't be able to get another device until it's send away and figured out what the problem was.i then stated I'm not leaving the Store without another Nokia device, then with them being short staff i then had to wait on Eddie to finish the updates and settings on my device, after that he tried convincing me he won't be able to get the Area Manager as it was weekend etc.He then called the Area Manager after running around in store helping other customers while I was waiting. He got hold of the Area Manager and he/she suggested they take the phone in,and they must give me a new device which wasn't a Nokia,as there was a problem with a batch that went out. They never gave me an option to choose or get a device from another store, and issued me with a Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus.I took the device as I was desperate for a phone due to obligations and work purpose, after charging the device for 8hours as they suggested in Store, the battery level reduces ,while it ain't in use.All setting I put to sleep that's not in use,and it's the first day I have the device and I need to charge it again, and the media and voice notes is very soft I need to plug in earphones to listen to everything. My patience has ran out and I'm at my widst end as this is my 2nd device and will by my 6th time going up and down to the Store with my device. Can I please be assisted ASAP as I don't want the 2nd device and I want a Nokia which is in working condition which I purchased in the 1st place.
