I recently app**** for a Markhams account online and was requested to go to nearest store with my id to pick up my card ,The nearest store was KwaDukuza branch which I visited on Sunday 09/11/2025 when I entered the store the radio was so loud I couldn't even hear the cashier ,when I asked for the radio volume to be lowered ,my request was denied ,I was told since my application was done online I needed to answer a number of security questions over the phone which I couldn't hear properly as the radio was blaring ,eventually my application was denied as I answered the security questions incorrectly as I couldn't hear properly over the loud radio,
