Markham standard is dropping

On the 4th of February my wife bought me 3 T-shirts to wear to an event and got me wrong sizes. On the 7th we went to Birch Acres mall to exchange however she had misplaced the slip. Enquired about the process at another mall before coming to exchange on the 6th without the slip and we were a told it was possible to exchange them.

The sales people were not keen on helping, di not even attempt to listen as they listed to their loud music and talking loud for people to hear our problem.
