Markham should hire staff members who can do their job

Hi.. two days ago I bought utility pants at markham and I did not fit the pants in store because my legs were dirty and I didn't want to get dirt on the stock of the shop .. when I got home I fitted the pants and I realized that the pants were a little big on my weighst, though the size of the pants was small the weighst of the pants was 34 and my weight is 28... so I decided to contact markham from Chris Hani mall and they gave me relevant and realistic information by telling that they don't have Extra small pants in store but I could exchange the pants at any markham store... latter that day I contacted a markham store from Eastern rand mall to ask if they did have the utility pants in Extra small size and they said yes they do. I told the person who was on line that I was going to arrive in store and make an exchange , he said ok cool no stress... when I got in the store I told them that I had called earlier and I would like to exchange my pants... the same person who answered the phone when I called told me sorry I made a mistake... the pants you are looking for are not in store... I was very disappointed because I had spent too much money to travel from vosloorus to East rand mall. I then asked him what's the solution he said, do you mind coming back tomorrow i said no, then he said you will get your pants tomorrow I promise... the next day I visited the store again to exchange the pants since the store had promised that i would get my pants on that day ... when I got in store they told me to wait for an hour and I waited, latter they told me that the pants are not in store... I feel disrespected because I spent too much money to travel to East rand mall and I traveled for nothing ... if it wasn't for the law I would have beaten the staff member black and blue
