Markham shoe quality is disappointing

I'm a Markham account holder, a loyal customer for years and I never had a single bad experience when shopping at Markham or about products I buy at Markham.

In October last year, I bought 100% leather shoes for my graduations. I chose leather shoes because its quality and strong. I don't wear the shoes often because I'm an essential worker and I'm not a formal clothes guy, I'm very casual.

2 weeks ago I went to town and I wore the shoes, while walking in town, my one shoe tore at the stitches on the side. I was embarrassed and frustrated. Those were my expensive, favorite shoes that I wear seldom, so why did it tear?

I feel like my favorite store, Markham, had failed me as a loyal customer. I don't have the slip and the box anymore but I bought it on account.
