Markham Service delivery

I had a bad experience with service delivery with Makham Birch Acres Mall in Tembisa. i went to buy a suit and found that the suit was not ironed. i went back to the shop and asked them to iron it and i had conflict with the staff members. Thabiso and another staff member which i don't have a name as they don't have name tags, i was told by one employee that they don't have an iron and by another that it was broken and when i asked for their manager i was told that thy don't have a branch manager. i then went back on the 8th June and found the manager that told me she was busy in the back but they don't have a steam iron. i am very disappointing that i had to take back the suit as i needed it the next day for an occasion. they customer service is very bad.
