Markham sells poor quality tablets

I bought a tablet (Netsurfer) at Markhams in April 2015 with my account. A month after when I was charging the tablet it cracked internally, there were no signs outside showing falling or anything. I took the tablet back to Markhams and explained. They took the tablet and stated that the company called furure mobile will be incontact. I waited and waited and eventually went to Markhams but still told the same response. I will never buy ant tablet from Markham and will spread the word. I don't want that tablet anymore as I eventually bought another tablet from reliable retailers.
