Markham's Langeberg mall Rude and lazy

Sat the 20th I tried on a few winter jackets and every time I need assistance I have to go to the counter and ask the staff to assist...<br> I found a jacket but never had my size and they got one in George (45km's away) <br> <br> They said they will have the jacket in Mosselbay on Tuesday. I then went back to the store and said I have someone in George that will collect the Jacket - can I pay cash at the Mosselbay branch for George to release.<br> <br> While I am explaining this woman is shaking her head no, I then asked her to stop shaking her head while I am trying to finish my talk , she starts laughing and walks away.<br> <br> I told her to keep Jacket as will never put my feet back into the store even if they gave their stock away...<br> <br> If I may add... Markams has always been my last resort shop for things I cant find elsewhere as you get the same terrible vibe in all their outlets...<br> Music is so load that you can not even talk to your spouse and the music choice is so poor..<br> <br> Its Thursday now - they just called me to collect the Jacket that was supposed to be here on Tuesday which I could have on Sunday already<br> I know how an inter-store transfer works - obviously Marhams don't know
